The New Brunswick Real Estate Board is a professional member-based organization providing leading-edge tools and outstanding services to over 1400 licensed real estate managers and salespeople who live and work throughout the province. Our role is to establish and uphold regulations and standards for the trade of real estate through the Multiple Listing Service® system in New Brunswick, and to foster a high standard of quality and professionalism among our REALTOR^Ⓡ  members.

The New Brunswick Real Estate Board officially came into existence in January 2024 as a result of a province-wide member vote in favour of amalgamating former local real estate boards in Fredericton, Moncton, Saint John and the Northern and Valley regions.
